Jaroslav Hrustalenko

Jaroslav Hrustalenko has over 25 years of international experience in teaching, designing and making ceramics. This selection is just one of several completely different styles of ceramic he produces.

Jaroslav is originally from Ukraine and came to the UK to study a Masters degree in Ceramics at the University for the Creative Arts at Farnham in Surrey which is renowned for its work with ceramic arts. Prior to this he developed experience of both studio and factory ceramics in Slovenia where he then set up his own studio. His years of practice and research enabled him to develop and publish a number new techniques for working with clay.

His work has been exhibited, and is collected, worldwide. He has settled in Surrey with his family.
